SmartDraw is fully compatible with the services you already use such as Box, Drop Box, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.
To add a third party storage service, navigate to the home screen and select Menu.
Choose Add Service from the drop down menu and select from Box, Google Drive, Drop Box, or Microsoft OneDrive.
You can also select Add Service from the panel on the left.
A new browser window will now open, navigating you to the service provider's login page. For example, if you select Google Drive, you will be navigated to the Google Accounts login page. Login using your credentials, then follow the additional prompts to allow the two services to connect.
To save your file to the newly connected third party service, click Save As from the File tab.
The Save As window will appear in the forefront of your screen. Select your service (e.g. Google Drive) from the Save To drop down menu, and name your file. Click Save.
Alternately, if you are working in a file and wish to save it to a third party service that has not previously been connected, simply click Save As from the File tab then select Add New from the Save To drop down menu. Follow the prompts from your third party service to log in and connect. Now click Save.
