Affinity Diagram

Select Affinity Diagram from the Strategy & Planning Category. 

As instructed in the diagram, click into each cell to add text. 

Add columns and rows to the diagram by choosing Add Column or Add Row from the Format section of the SmartPanel. Similarly, delete columns and rows by selecting Delete Column or Delete Row.
