Bring to Font; Send to Back

The Bring to Front and Send to Back tools are found on the Design tab. 

Any object that you insert into your visual can be formatted to be in the front or back. To bring an object to the front of the Work Area, select the object then choose Bring to Front. Alternately, to send an object to the back, select the object and choose Send to Back.
